Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using www.bwsportsart.com, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part, please do not use our website.

Limited Edition Prints

All prints are genuine limited editions by artist Paine Proffitt. Each print:

• Is numbered and comes with a certificate of authenticity
• Is limited to the stated edition size (typically 25-50 prints)
• Cannot be reproduced once the edition sells out

Pricing and Payment

• All prices are in GBP (£) and include UK VAT where applicable
• We accept major credit/debit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay
• Payment is processed securely through Shopify Payments
• Prices subject to change without notice

Order Acceptance

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including:

• Product unavailability
• Pricing errors
• Suspected fraudulent activity
• Violation of these terms

Intellectual Property

All artwork, images, and content on this site are protected by copyright. The purchase of a print grants you ownership of the physical item only, not reproduction rights.

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

• Delays caused by shipping carriers
• Customs duties or import taxes
• Damage during shipping (covered by our refund policy)
• Indirect or consequential damages

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved in UK courts.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
