We want you to be completely satisfied with your limited edition print. If for any reason you're not happy with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Conditions:

• Items must be in original condition, unframed and undamaged
• Certificate of authenticity must be included
• Original packaging preferred but not required

Return Process:

1. Contact us at shop@barewall.co.uk within 30 days of delivery
2. We'll provide return instructions and address
3. Ship the item back using a tracked service
4. Refund processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the return

Return Shipping:

• Customer responsible for return shipping costs (deducted from refund)
• FREE return shipping for damaged or defective items
• We recommend insured, tracked shipping for your protection

Damaged or Defective Items: If your print arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately with photos. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund including all shipping costs.
