About Paine Proffitt
Paine Proffitt is a fine art sports artists and has been working with a number of football clubs over the last 10 years producing home game program covers from his original artwork. The artwork becomes available each home game to buy and in some cases a limited edition, signed print is also produced and other merchandise. The merchandise is then available for a time at the football club shop.
Paine has worked with West Bromwich Albion FC, Aberdeen FC, Derby County FC, Aston Villa FC, Port Vale FC and Grimsby Town FC, Sunderland AFC, and internationals at Wembley, winning awards with the clubs for each of the leagues he has worked in.
In 2013 he was also asked to do a program cover for the English Football League 150 years commemorative game between Premier league clubs Aston Villa and Everton. The original paintings sold within a few minutes during the game.
Paine has also worked for The International Rugby Board, Richmond Cricket Club and the famous Arsenal fanzine The Gooner.
