For Click and Collect - Pick up From The Gallery
Orders are available for pick up from our gallery in Burslem, Stoke on Trent. Please call in advance to ensure your order is ready for you to pick up. If your call is not answered please leave a message including your name, telephone number and someone will return your call as soon as possible.
BWSportsArt works from an art gallery called Barewall which is located at the address below. Please observe our opening hours.

Opening Hours: We are open from Tues-Fri 10 to 5pm and Sat 10 to 5pm.
We have convenient public parking immediately outside the gallery which is very easy to get to from all major roads leading into and out of The Potteries. We accept all major credit cards including Amercian Express.
For Dispatch
When will i get my order?
Usually orders will be dispatched next working day as long as the artwork is in stock. Available originals listed for sale on the website are in stock. All UK delivery is by Royal Mail signed for.
If you have ordered an original painting:
Originals are picked directly from the artist studio safe store.
Originals will be posted within 2 working days of purchase and delivered via Parcel Force 48 hours signed for.
If you have ordered a limited edition print:
All prints are fine art prints which are signed, numbered and named by the artist and come complete with a signed Certificate of Authenticity.
Prints ordered which are in stock can be dispatched next working day.
Prints ordered which are not in stock can take upto 2 or 3 days to print and sign.
++ Out of stock Loose Prints will be posted upto 3 working days after purchase.
++ Out of Stock Framed Prints will be posted between 5 and 7 working days after purchase.
Loose signed prints are delivered in a postal tube.
Framed prints are packaged in a box with foam corners.

International Orders:
We are please to say that we do ship internationally worldwide.
International delivery of boxed items is by FedEx signed for and you should expect orders to take upto 7 days to arrive.
Boxed orders - Europe £25 - US and Canada £35 - Australia £55 - UAE £75

Holiday Periods:
If the gallery is on holiday then all orders will be dispatched 2 days after return to the gallery.
A message will appear at the top of the site to let you know if the gallery is on holiday.
